Another month-old work of EmiMao,they're out having a wonderful time by the sea after whatever shenanigans happen with BEGA. Emily loves talking about bey mechanics and Mao just listens (she doesn't understand half the words she says)
Emily has scars on her sides bc I hc she'd gotten it with a battle she had with Rick when PPB All starz first met him and tried testing their new teammate.

Got sent the following extract from Casey’s biography by bat:
Which made me think. 66— that’s a pretty good number. Reminds me of another guy that used 66 and who I’m quite fond of.
Decided to do a bit of digging because I just couldn’t stop thinking about the numbers, because I know for a fact Tom Sykes ALSO went with a different number in the junior categories because 66 was taken!! Which made me go: Hey, aren’t Tom and Casey the same age???
Turns out they both couldn’t get 66 because of Tom Pearson who had it before them. (Line-up is from 2001 but Pearson already had the 66 when both riders joined the British 125cc Category)
Conclusion: The racing world is so tiny!
Bonus 2001 British 125cc Championship table I found while doing some research
Bit of info on these guys:
- Leon Camier: would go on to have quite a solid WSBK career (9 podiums) (currently a rider coach for Sam Lowes) and good friend of Casey
- Casey: Stoner
- Paul Robinson: interesting story + nephew of Robert Dunlop
- Chaz Davies 3x runner up in WSBK, current advisor in the WSBK Ducati garage, best friend of Casey!
- Russel Hodgson: not related to Neil Hodgson
- Pete Jennings: Ex crew chief of Tom Sykes. That Pete Jennings.
- Michael, John, and Paul Laverty: Siblings. Convinced Jonathan Rea to switch to Flat track racing. Also Northern Irish
- Tom Sykes: 1x WSBK champion + 3x runner up. The only person to drive Jonathan Rea to actual insanity 🥰

➤ Market sentiment is cautious, viewing BSB as a high-risk RWA/DeFi token suitable for short-term trading, with expectations of continued elevated volatility and potential for leveraged liquidation risks.
