I don't know what's happened, but I've woken up to an influx of new followers and a flurry of activity on this blog!

Welcome everyone 👋 This blog is just a bit of fun where I like to rediscover and share forgotten 5ive print media among other things! I'm trying to develop a better tagging system where you can easily search by year, month or magazine. I wasn't too conscientious about tagging in my earlier posts, but I'll get around to fixing that eventually!

So much time wasted watching Celebrity Love Island 2006. During the most dramatic scene of the series so far, Abs kept his head down, tucked into his dinner and silently questioned why he ever let his agent twist his arm into coming on to the show. Much like me staring into the screen wondering why on earth I embarked upon watching this.

Shortly after, he quit the show, as did I!

It's 20 years this summer since Abs appeared on Celebrity Love Island, so I'm going to be revisiting the series. I've only ever watched clips before, but I have tasked myself with watching the whole series. I'm on episode 9 and he hasn't appeared yet. This show is so boring! I don't know how people are so glued to it!? Especially now celebrities aren't even involved??
