Happy Sunday! I apologize for not posting as frequently as I used to. I've been taking somewhat of a break from social media and it has helped me focus more on creating fresh content to share with you all! I don't think I say this enough but thank you for supporting me on my health and fitness journey, it means the world to me! 💜

Chocolate peanut butter banana ice cream blended with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder topped with coconut flakes, pecan halves and agave syrup.

Today was my first time experimenting with PROATS for breakfast. I combined @naturespathorganic maple nut and flax plus oats with water and @livevegansmart vanilla protein powder - topped with frozen mixed berries and bananas (I pulsed in the vitamix so that it would melt perfectly on top of my oats). This is a perfect combo! 👌 (at Seattle, Washington)

Margherita pizza using Trader Joe's garlic and herb pizza dough. It was also my first time making vegan mozzarella and it turned out amazing. I'll be making a few tweaks before uploading the recipe to my site. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! (at Seattle, Washington)
