Some fun facts about this project:
He is over a foot long! To figure out his proportions, I drew an overhead view of him on a big piece of paper and then laid the work over it occasionally to check the size.
He weighs about 3.5 pounds. This is partly just because he's so big, but also because he's weighted! Inside, he has a 22 large glass beads each sewn into custom pockets that surround 2 large pockets of plastic bead filler.
If you tap his chest, right underneath the locket, you'll feel something. That's a 1.5 inch heart-shaped bead.
The locket itself was based on Perry's locket in Across the Second Dimension.
