1. One thing at a time. Your life is not going to change over night. Each small thing you improve makes it easy to improve the next, but all of them are hard. It's hard to get in the habit of being a human again.

2. Be patient with yourself. See number 1

3. It's not about staying on the bandwagon, it's about getting back on when you fall off. You will break and sleep in some days, you will forget to eat, you will forget to breathe. These things happen. It's ok. Forgive yourself, and try again tomorrow.
