Hi lovelies!

So here's a bit of an update...yes I have been gone for a long time. I don't really have excuses other than I have been stressing out with a million things and I've just been trying to get my life together. My mental health did get get better for a little bit but now it's kind of going downhill again.

I want to remind you all that it's okay to not be okay. It is okay to cry and let your feelings out. (heck I cried a lot today) It is okay if you decide you want to stay in bed. It is okay if you decide to eat a bit if junk food. Life is to short to have everything perfect in your life, your imperfections are what makes you unique and makes you, YOU.

I had to sit down with myself today and cry. I needed to let some feelings out even if no one else was there for me. I just cried and cried and cried, not knowing when I would stop.
