Yes and no.

There are many parts where the Bendystraw aspect is clearly shown, and it pretty much is!

Bendy doesn’t know a thing about love. Poor fella never was taught or shown any sort of love ever since his creation and part of his journey is also figuring out about emotions as that’s one thing he’s lacking.

and Cuphead just damn sucks in the love department.
