charjabug is honestly one of the best pokemon i can think of! they're pretty mild-mannered, and unlike a lot of electric types, they can safely discharge onto a variety of electronics to charge them! their care needs are relatively simple and they're hardy little bugs that don't need to evolve for their survival. plus they're super cute hehe

sort of. remember, it's extremely expensive to clone pokemon like this. it's not the sort of thing that can be done all the time. besides this, preventing extinction relies on maintaining good genetic diversity. if we're just cloning the same individual over and over, we could theoretically maintain a species forever...but to actually ensure survival of the species, we need multiple individuals to establish a breeding pool from.

they can cohabit perfectly well! there aren't a ton of places where you can find them together in the wild, but that's mostly because of a difference in where they live. seel primarily spend time in the water, while spheal spend their time on land or on ice floes because they're not very good swimmers. but when they do come together in the wild, you can often find them basking together and sometimes even investigating each other. in captivity, we get to see some unique social interactions between the two species as they become used to each other!

it's fairly common to keep these two pokemon together in a zoo environment, because they have similar habitat needs and aren't likely to experience conflict. aquariums in particular need to make the most of the space they have, so they do a lot of work towards managing which species can live together. as a result, there's tons of good scholarship documenting ways to keep multiple pokemon species together safely! the main issue keepers note is occasional injuries on the spheal from a seel's horn, but these are almost always superficial injuries from brushing up against the horn at a bad angle.

well that is...one hell of a situation. wow.

unfortunately, chatot are more likely to repeat phrases that get them a lot of attention. and if hollering slurs at passersby doesn't get them a lot of attention, i don't know what would. this sadly sounds like a situation where you're going to have human-pokemon conflict in the long term if you don't address it as soon as possible.

rounding up the chatot and teaching them new words isn't going to work out, i don't think. by the time you pull it off, those chatot are going to be habituated to human care and likely become greater nuisances than they already are if rereleased. it takes a pretty long time to remove a phrase from a chatot's vocabulary. i think your best bet is going to be to find an isolated flock, whether in captivity or in the wild, and introduce these chatot somewhere that they're not going to encounter too many people.

i would reach out to any bird pokemon sanctuaries you know of in the region and see if they would be willing to take in a flock with some less than savory language tendencies. depending on the size of the flock, you might have to ask a few different places to split them up. if that doesn't work, try reaching out to some researchers who work with chatot. that's more of a long shot, but there may be a professor out there who'd be interested in studying language transfer and exctinction im chatot who wouldnt mind working with them!

unless you're willing and wealthy enough to construct a sneasel-appropriate, temperature-controlled enclosure, then no. the vast majority of ice-type pokemon are adapted to live in extremely cold environments and need the presence of snow and ice to thrive.

some ice types are a little more heat-tolerant than others, especially when given plenty of ways to cool off. the seel and spheal lines can manage some level of heat when provided with cold water pools and a low-fat diet, as can lapras, which can be found in relatively warmer areas. the swinub line can do well if given a range of temperaturea as well, and they've been known to occasionally bask in the warmth of a hot spring after unearthing it. frost form rotom are particularly adaptable to a wide range of temperatures.
