was looking through google docs for some things to work on when I found this. Albeit, it’s a bit short, but I don’t think I’ve posted it on here or Wattpad, aannnd I haven’t rlly posted any writing/fanfic in a while, so enjoy!
Romeo & Night Ninja (Nick) belong to Romalud/Disney
“She’s…tiny.” Romeo stated, watching their daughter squirm around in the crib.
“Well, she’s only an infant. They get bigger.” Nick said, coming up next to him. The tiny infant started crying.
“What’s wrong? Why’d she start crying?”
Nick picked her up, trying to calm her down. “Sometimes kids cry for no reason. She probably just wants attention.” The infant kept crying, not showing any signs of stopping. He tried to shush her, but to no avail. Then Nick got an idea. He looked at Romeo.
“Yes, you can. Cmon, you haven’t held her at all yet. You’re gonna regret not being able to pick her up when she’s bigger.”
“But what if-what if I drop her, Nick?”
“I’ll make sure you don’t. Now hold your arms like I am.” Romeo complied, and Nick put their daughter in his arms. The girl quieted down, looking up at Romeo.
“S-she stopped…” He looked into her icy blue eyes, shocked that she stopped crying. Not only that, but she smiled a goofy, toothless grin at him.
“Ya know…we should probably name her. I mean, we can’t keep referring to her as ‘the infant’ or ‘our kid’.” Nick suggested. “Any ideas?” Romeo thought about it, glancing around for inspiration.
“How about…Pandora? She’s this woman in a Greek myth that opened a box and basically unleashed all evil into the world.” Nick thought about it.
“Hmm…sounds like we’re setting her up for trouble. I like it! Pandora it is.” He agreed.
