🌞🌙 Hace un tiempo, mientras andaba de compras, me encontré con un libro que hablaba sobre los seis pilares para la salud integral. Ahora estoy en el pilar 4, que trata sobre la belleza primigenia, y justo toca un tema que conecta con el clima de estos días: la energía solar y lunar.

El sol siempre ha sido visto como un enemigo de la piel, pero en realidad nos aporta muchos beneficios: desde mejorar el estado de ánimo hasta fortalecer el sistema inmunológico. ☀️✨

Yesterday was a quiet day, I was planning January and what realistic goals I want to fulfil this year, although with many back and forth of ideas.

Today I was thinking about cleaning and organizing a bit. I still don’t have my goals very clear, but I want to get back to some good habits and read more. I picked up a book that has some interesting tips on self-care. Ready to move forward! 📚✨

Caminando al trabajo vi de reojo esta revista de la National Geographic sobre Nietzsche que captó mi atención. Automáticamente di marcha atrás para admirarlo completamente y llevármelo a casa 🤍

A veces me vienen recuerdos como flashbacks a la mente sobre las cosas malas que me ocurrieron pero que aún siguen ocultos.

A veces simplemente no estás bien pero jamás se permite que los demás lo sepan, tal vez por temor a ser juzgado o tal vez por aburrimiento a la misma pregunta.

For a long time I was looking for a way to remember everything I learned and unfortunately I thought there was no way until I saw this video about the Zettelkasten method that consists of taking notes and saving them by code to remember everything that is read, studied or learn. And best of all, it uses Notion to do it. I think that with this method I will finally organize my life.
