There are so many ways to prepare homemade noods. Stretching, rolling, pulling, smushing, hand cutting—and sometimes a pasta cutter. These are egg noodles and I love the uniform shape they get when cut with the machine. I also use a pasta cutter for making thin alkaline noodles.
