You know what, it's been a couple years now; let's bring the context back again.
The screenshot comes from a satirical joke quiz my friend @fintan-pyren made in reference to the book series Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger. Here's the quiz link (it won't make any sense to you). It's called "Are you problematic?" and is meant as an in-universe satire of the idea of "problematic."
The last question of the quiz, the one screenshotted, is the nichest joke; it originates in this post:
The joke here, in case it isn't clear, is that it's strange that in one part of the series, a correction is made that "elf" should be used in place of the gendered term "man," but in another, "women" is used without question (when referring to elves). So. It quickly spun into a fandom joke that that the genders in KotLC were twofold: Woman and Elf. Here's another, similar post:

Hence the quiz, which OP somehow stumbled on in the "new quizzes" tab of uquiz with ZERO context, but still found funny enough to share. And hence the biggest containment breach the fandom has ever had by FAR—but that is so unclear as a series reference that not even most fans can recognize it.

Spy x family is very very good because there's a bit where a far right terrorist group says that they want to start a war and a main character responds by saying to them "have any of you ever killed anyone before? Have you ever been killed before? Have you ever had a limb torn off by an artillery shell? Have you ever heard the sound of bones shattering? Have you ever smelled the reek of rotting flesh? Have you ever found the crushed bodies of your parents and siblings in a pile of rubble that used to be your home? Have you ever discovered a blown-off piece of your lover stuck to a wall? Have you ever been so hungry that you tried to eat tree bark? Or stewed a pot of human flesh? Have you ever convinced yourself that your enemy was subhuman so you could...slaughter them like animals? Have you ever been so haunted by shame and regret afterwards that you cried until you vomited? Have you ever had friends who did the same, and then took their own lives? Did you learn nothing about war at your university?!"
and that's the same volume where they adopt a dog that can see into the future

I've been planning this illustration for over a month now - in April, I had the patreon folks vote on a theme for a big gravity falls print, and camping was the winner. Even just planning the general composition took a while, figuring out where I wanted all the characters to be. Once I shored up a good thumbnail, I made it tighter twice before putting it on paper, and working in pencil. The pencil drawing part took me four sit down sessions of drawing, and then coloring the scan took another couple of days. I worked SO DANG HARD to finish this monster before mc3, and by some miracle, I did.
Overall, I'm really happy with how this illustration turned out! I feel like it does a good job of expressing my love for the show. I'm really glad people were enthusiastic about it at the convention - I had a lot stop and look at it with these really awestruck, sad wet goo goo eyes expressions LOL! They did this: 🥺 with an actual human face dskjhlsdfkjh!!
