Cassandra Goth’s LOST DRESS!!

The fact this dress wasn’t included in the game has haunted me forever. It’s also one of the things that inspired me to become a CC creator. On a Pinterest binge today I found this Alexander McQueen Fall 2002 Black Dress and my mind instantly made the connection!! Theyre not identical, but they’re so alike it’s almost certainly the inspo behind our goth queen’s fashion sense.

Honestly this blew my tiny mind. Alexander McQueen is my biggest inspiration, so the fact that my virtual muse has been wearing him this whole time is just like…. wow. Am I living in the matrix?

Ok so I said I’d share Scans of these magazines but I wanna show these 2 screenshots of the sims 2 beta that I don’t think I’ve seen anywhere online.

Referring to the kid and the woman’s arm clipping through the couch.

"The interface seemed rather simple for a long time." (Also I think that lamp seen here was not in any previously seen screenshots!)

The selected sims name is Mortimer, and don’t you think that the woman next to him here looks like it could be Bella. If you ask me I think this might be a beta version of the Goths but this is of course just speculation. Still interesting I think.

Okay, I saw some of the questions based on this and based on some of the research that toastlogic did and some things I found out from Watcher and Paulette on Discord I found out some stuff.

While we don't have a copy of all the contents of the disk it's likely that we have everything that's on it. The objects for TS1 are the green bedroom set and the pinball game is the same one from pogo. Uploaded by Zero35 to the official sims forums here. If I had to guess the disk also included the Bodyshop demo.

If you're wondering why you never saw the commercial despite being a kid when it aired, it was an Atlanta exclusive. It apparently only ran January of 2004.
