Hi everybody!

I’m really excited about the set I’m sharing today. I’ve been renovating the homes of Pleasantview residents, and I’ve been adding recolors and object add-ons to help me achieve better results. I’ll leave a link to my YouTube channel in case you’d like to follow along with this series.

I’m currently getting ready to renovate Don Lothario’s house and created this set specifically for his home, but I liked the result so much that I’m sharing it with you all. This sofa set already has a matching armchair (I’ve included the link below), but I couldn't find a dining chair or a bar stool to complete the set.

That’s why I made these two new additions. Unfortunately, I’m still new to this and don’t know how to link the new meshes to the sofa’s existing recolors, so they’ll only feature my own recolors (I had to create them one by one). But if anyone knows where to find a tutorial on linking them, I’d love to learn how and put it into practice.

Today I decided to post this recolor I made a little while ago for personal use. I was checking the activity on my Tumblr when a profile liked the old cabinet version of this same mesh. That’s when I remembered I had this new one and hadn't posted it yet. I tried to make the wood look like the The Sims 4 style, and I think it turned out really well.

Hi Everybody!

Today I'm very happy to bring you an update on this kitchen countertop. If you've been following me for a while, you might remember when I posted the first version (here), which was my first time trying to recolor this object. I remember having a lot of difficulty and giving up once, then trying again. The result at the time was wonderful for me, but with time and experience gained in recoloring, I started noticing imperfections that didn't bother me before.

Today, while redoing this kitchen countertop, I'm very happy with my progress. I believe I still need to learn much more, but we're moving in the right direction. This version has 5 options. I'll also leave links to the accessories for this item that make the kitchen even more complete, and I'm sure you'll love the result.

I believe I mentioned a few posts ago that I'm updating some recolors I did a few years ago that no longer reflect my current taste.

This time, I redesigned the Setinista sofa set with a more traditional, beachy style. I've wanted to use this texture for a long time, and I think it looks great on this sofa set. Just like in the first post about this set, the sofa has several individual and modular pieces that allow for a variety of combinations. I worked with nine different colors, including the basics (black, white, and gray).

Hi everybody!

I've been gone for a while, haven't I? I was exploring more of The Sims 4's objects and have already started some recoloring there. I've even posted some on my Patreon.

But this post is about another door recolor from the game. This time, I'm bringing you the default door for use in in-game apartments. There's nothing special about the doors, I just wanted to expand the collection I've posted here.

The doors come in five different colors and carpets matching the door colors can be changed as you wish.

Still in this modular sofa vibe, I came to bring you another version. This time I wanted to work with the leather texture on the sofas to bring a more masculine touch. I liked the result and I can already imagine some decorations that will work very well.

And as I said, the separate pieces make it possible to create really cool and huge sofas. These have been my favorite model lately.

Hi everybody!

In some previous posts I mentioned that I was editing a new neighborhood using the SimPE tool. Today I'm going to share the result with you in case anyone likes it and wants to use it in their game. The terrains edited were those from the vacation expansion, "three lakes" and "Twikkii Island".

To make your game look exactly like mine, just download the tree replacements that I'll leave the link below. I believe that for the rest, you just need to add more decorations that you like.

Hi everybody!

Today I came to update you with an object that I brought almost three years ago. At that time, I had found a really cool extension for the sofa. Now I have discovered an even better extension and decided to update the texture with base colors that will match any decor. I am in love with the pieces in the set that allow us to build sofas in different ways and that suit the most diverse rooms very well.

Hi everybody!

The iron fence that the game provides is without a doubt my favorite… However, I wish there were more size options for it, so I decided to try modifying the mesh.

To my delight, it worked and I'm very happy with the result. In addition to the fences, I took the opportunity to make a column using the fence mesh and I'm in love with it.

There's nothing special about this column, but the fact that it's thin and the height is exactly the same as the wall already satisfies me a lot.

It's been a while, hasn't it?

I've been exploring the new neighborhood street editing tool in SimPE and I've been loving it. I've been editing terrain in the game itself and I want to start my own city soon. I've been brainstorming ideas and editing and cloning game objects to make small changes. Like the bush I'm showing you today.

I really wanted a thinner bush that could act as a green wall to place behind fences or next to walls. I positioned the bushes so that they would be exactly behind the fences but if you need to move them, use the game's cheats like "Boolprop snapobjectstogrid", "boolProp Allow45DegreeOfRotation true" and "SetQuarterTilePlacement".

Today I came to share a set I created with bathrooms in mind. I have a hard time liking bathroom floors and walls, I always feel like they suit kitchens better. After some research on Pinterest I created this set that I really liked.

They have an equal sequence for the three colors: Black, white and gray. They can be combined in different ways.
