Oh I just had a thought about the kind of parallels between Diarmuid and the Mute as characters with Peter Parker and The Punisher. Something about a similar dichotomy between them of the power of goodness/innocence/faith and a trained warrior capable of extreme violence brought on by immense trauma. And, I imagine, the two will have a certain understanding/respect between them in Spiderman maybe, thats usually how these stories go (hopefully the Punisher gets a lot of screentime). That's all I got but I'd read a whole essay on how these themes have followed these actors into another universe!

Yeesssss I can definitely see the parallels, and I think it lends itself to a good reincarnation AU. 😉 If any writers find themselves so inspired...

It’s funny, they’ve both been in the Marvel universe for so long, to actually canonically be meeting now is SO crazy to me and like a dream come true lol. Maybe them interacting on screen together will inspire new fans to check out this old movie that they filmed together. 😏

What are your thoughts on Tom Holland and Jon Bernthal being in two movies together this year?? I loved the friendship I heard they formed filming Pilgrimage (maybe that helped their characters have such stunning chemistry on-screen?), I was so pleased to see them working together again!

Thank you, happy to be bearing the torch for them. 🥲 Content has definitely slowed, but the movie is almost TEN years old now (‼️) and I think the fact that this small indie movie has managed to have such a long lifespan is impressive. I’ll keep it going as long as I can. ❤️

I am SO excited to see them in movies together again! You bet I’ll be SAT in that theater watching them interact on screen again. I love how they genuinely seem to love working with each other and seem so supportive of each other’s careers. Both their careers took off at the same time and they both auditioned for Marvel together and helped with each other’s audition tapes! So I think it’s cute how their paths are so intertwined now.
