Sometimes I wish I could've known I was autistic when I was much younger. A lot of ppl I know have autism, and I always thought I didn't. Because of that, I had to look into more about autism to understand the ppl around me better. The thought that I had autism or adhd had crossed my mind multiple times in within the last three years, but I never had the proof and my family never decided to test me for it. My family only ever goes to the doctor for illnesses and health issues. My cousin had found out he was Autistic when he was seven. SEVEN. I could've known I was autistic if I was ACTUALLY taken to the doctor for it, but I wasn't. The only thing I was ever diagnosed with was Depression and Anxiety, and that's why i always had to get more time when it came to tests during school(didn't rlly help much but yk,,,). Now that I found out I have autism, it made me see the worst 4 years of my life differently. It made me realize I rlly didn't know anything abt what I was doing.
