"Oh, no, it's — sorry." Phil pauses to pant heavily as another shudder rolls through him. He grits his teeth. "It's cat-scratch fever."

Dan's definitely got some sort of fever. He's so hot he feels like ripping off all his clothes. "Yeah," he gasps out, words strained as he's suddenly short of breath, "not sure that's what's happening, mate."
