well, shiny birdman. (I want to draw Bats as Maui and do a lot of shitty sketches with this cobblebats) ((yeah, somewhere Iâve seen reference art of oz and he had scarf? and tattoos? Iâm not sure)) idk why I did that
I just wanna discuss the color scheme on Penguinâs outfit during the party scene in Birds of a Feather. I took this design course once, and it really got me to appreciate how different colors reacted with each other, so I was interested when I saw this color scheme. It has this really cool quality (Iâm not even sure how to explain it): the dark gray of the rest of his suit makes the lighter colors, and the pink (or salmon or whatever) of his shirt pop out, and I think the bluishness of his tie and lapels, along with the purpley shadows on the shirt, give the pink (or whatever) color this weird, almost glowing effect which I really liked. Yeah I just dedicated a whole post to one of Penguinâs outfits.
