Willing to buy someone's TIC ticket for more.
Just putting this out there, but me and another Twitter user have been discussing going halfsies on a TIC ticket if we get one. We have also discussed, possibly, if anyone was willing, to buy someone's ticket for more than what they paid, and throw in a donation for TIC too.
We understand that the people who are already going probably really want to go too, so this doesn't come at feeling some guilt even asking. It depends how much the individual wants to go.
I'm sad I can't attend the full con, but attending half would still be amazing, as I've never been, and neither has the other user! We are both kicking ourselves but not at least attending last year (or trying to, at least, those tickets sell FAST!) This is due to my boss' partner about to give birth, so I'm required at work until Saturday afternoon and won't arrive until about 6pm (and this is by taking a 2 hour taxi ride straight from work, which is going to also cost me a lot, but I'm willing to pay that price). Please let me know ideally on my Twitter account (as I'm more active there), but if not, here is fine.
I’m the other user. We hope no one has to cancel at this stage, but we are putting it out there as we would very much like to attend and we are available until very last minute.
