I’m getting kicked out of my home soon.

I‘m currently unemployed but I hope to find work this summer. Until then, I’ll need help with food, clothes, medicine, transportation, and other basic needs for myself. As for an actual place to stay, I’m still trying to work that out.

My stepfather and I got into an argument yesterday. It got physical, and he hit and choked me repeatedly to the point where I couldn’t breathe + was seeing things in my vision. Even when I told him to stop, he wouldn’t until he was satisfied. I tried to run away after the fight had occurred but I couldn’t, I didn’t have any money to bring with me and the area I live in isn’t safe enough. When I returned, he told me that he didn’t want me living under his roof anymore, and would attack me again in the near future, kicking me out before charges could be pressed. My mom sided with him.

I do not live with my biological father nor do I know him and his side of the family, so I cannot go to them.

My mom’s side of the family is just as bad and gets into violent arguments often + are very bigoted. Being outed to them, as a trans gay man, could very well be my demise. The only person who I can possibly stay with for a while is my grandmother, but she cannot support me forever. She will not be able to afford it.

Even if my parents decide they want me back in the house, I still will need help getting out of such an abusive situation. I’ve been living through this for too long, and I don’t intend to live any longer this way. They ignore my health issues and deny any allegations of abuse against them.
