Heather Ross, a friend of Fisher’s, spoke to a local radio station in Tucson, AZ. about her experience with sexual assault in Hollywood. On the 94.9 Morning Mix, Ross recalled inappropriate advances from a big name producer and how Fisher made clear she had a zero-tolerance policy for that kind of behavior.

After Ross was assaulted by “an Oscar-winning producer” – not Weinstein, but another – Fisher was furious. After the initial shock and fear wore off, Fisher ran into the producer at Sony and delivered him a package.

“It was a cow tongue from Jerry’s Famous Deli with a note that said, ‘If you ever touch my darling Heather or any other woman again, the next delivery will be something of yours in a much smaller box.’”

The cow tongue was all Fisher’s idea, natch, and she made sure to deliver it in person and watch him open the box.

"That’s just how she was,” Ross said. “I miss her dearly. She stood up for people.”

“That’s who Carrie Fisher was,” she added. “She put things out there and in your face.”

lately i’ve been replacing my “i’m sorry”s with “thank you”s, like instead of “sorry i’m late” i’ll say “thanks for waiting for me”, or instead of “sorry for being such a mess” i’ll say “thank you for loving me and caring about me unconditionally” and it’s not only shifted the way i think and feel about myself but also improved my relationships with others who now get to receive my gratitude instead of my negativity

Walking away because I’m done with their character assassinations and double standards and I’m done with them constantly raking Rumple over the coals while everybody else gets a get out of jail free card and nobody else’s mistakes are admitted to or addressed but his are constantly thrown up in his face, while the good things he’s done are blatantly ignored. I’m just so done with it all, I love Bobby as an actor, and he’s been fantastic as Rumple no matter what shit the writers have thrown at him but it’s just too soul destroying to put up with what the writers are doing to his character anymore.

Bobby is brilliant - way too good for the shit they’re writing these days! Rumbelle is awesome and will forever be my OTP. 🌹 The show is a sad unfunny joke these days, canon is an inconsistent mess and the writers are cruel talentless hacks. As far as I’m concerned, Once ended with the Stiltskin family reunion on the docks after Neverland… sad that it went off after only 2 and a half seasons, but it was good while it lasted. That shitfest they replaced it with mid season tho? That garbage needs to get cancelled!
