I think it has to do with how one feels in themselves rather than how 'good' they are at being 'stylish', because the latter is completely subjective! Everybody has different tastes after all- the most important way to embody a personal style is by making sure that it's what I want, not how much better I can dress or what others will think of it. Having an aesthetic taste that is congruent to the way you dress is just another way of being myself, which is not a skill at all but just an expression. I've always wanted to express myself in as many ways as possible, I just didn't believe I was 'allowed' to do that through fashion until I was like, wait a second, thinking that fashion is for skinny people only is NOT a good reason not to wear nice clothes. hahah. And it's probably the attitude, over my 'fashion sense', that actually makes me more 'stylish' if you see what I mean, because I'm having fun and I carry that with me and I think people can appreciate that about the creativity of others.

I have a really good pair from Primark, surprisingly durable and comfortable, between £10-20 I think. I think ebay would be a good option because there are many choices within a reasonable budget like here and here. The designs are pretty much concurrent to what you'd find in many other shops that will sell ankle boots for like £40-80

it's something personal but i'm going to change it when i can come up with something better. feel free to send ideas my way :3
