Psykhodaiktes (Ψυχοδαϊκτής), “render of the soul.”
Soter (Σωτηρ), “savior.”
Staphylites (Σταφυλίτης), “of the grape.”
Tauropos (Ταυρωπός), “bull-faced.”
Teletarkhes (Τελετάρχής), "Lord of Mystery Rites"
Thelymorphos (Θηλύμορφος), “womanish/effeminate.”
Theoineos (Θεοινος), “god of wine.”
Thyonidas (Θυωνίδας), "son of Thyone/raving."
Thyrsaphoros (Θυρσοφόρος), “thyrsus-bearing”
Trigonos (Τρίγονος), “thrice-born.”
Trieterikos (Τριετηρικός), “of the three-year period.”
Zakholos (Ζάχολος), “very angry”
This is maybe the longest list I've compiled so far! (And it's not even all of them!) Sources include the Theoi page, Otto, The Bacchae, Orphic Hymn 30, and the alphabetical hymn from the Anthologia Palatina.

It's a confusing place, to say the least, despite its small size and the active supervision of professors and assistants, as it's nothing more than an educational excavation.
It's a Roman villa/agrarian environment. Some of my colleagues are still busy cleaning up the surface layers from previous years' excavations, while a friend of mine and I, for some strange reason, have been assigned to a small triangle that hasn't been excavated yet.
How's it going?
I honestly don't know,
or rather, the professor seems optimistic and congratulated us because, by removing the surface waste layer, we were able to identify two different stratigraphic units.
My impostor syndrome would make me say it was pure luck, but my aching shoulders remind me that I've been on my knees with a trowel all morning, removing dirt.
So, yes, great success.
Always remembering that I am only on my second day of activity and I am NOT Paola Zancani Montuoro.
First thing first: the weather was GREAT. It wasn't too hot, it was cloudy and just a lil bit windy. Unfortunately one night it rained but not too much and in the morning the soil was almost dry.
Regarding the finds: we (my group) found nothing striking, apart from some pieces of sealed clay and we were able to fit them together and reconstruct part of the decoration + a wolf/dog canine (which I unfortunately forgot to take pictures of😭)
For the rest: my group (now we are not two unfortunate but three) is currently working on the removal of some stratigraphic units already documented in the (nicknamed by me) little Bermuda Triangle (aka, the earth triangle that has remained intact since 2003). Everything is going almost well, but today, towards the end of the day, we realized some holes with suspicious fillings that could be both natural earth movements due to roots or artificial holes. But that's a Monday problem!
