I’m happiest when I’m creating & it involves Taylor Swift.

The past few months have been extremely tough and the best way I’ve found to release pent up stress is through art & Taylor Swift. I had to stop working to take care of my family. My grandmas dementia is to a point where she doesn’t remember me anymore. I go feed her lunch everyday and talk to her. We have nice conversations, but she has no idea who I am. On top of that, my dad was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer in August of 2022. We’ve been struggling financially since my dad can no longer work. It’s been 9 months and he’s still fighting but recently the bad days have been outnumbering the good. Chemo is very tough on him and he can barely eat. He’s lost half of his body weight and is basically skin and bones. He struggles to move around by himself now. I love Taylor Swift but I can’t listen to Soon You’ll Get Better. It’s exactly what I’m going through right now and it’s too hard to listen to without breaking down. I pray every single night for a miracle.

With everything going on, the one constant in my life has always been Taylor. Im looking forward to the eras tour on 6/16. Its the one thread of light shining through this dark time.

The Taylor Swift themed cocktails from Taylor Swift night at a bar in Pittsburgh this past weekend. (I had the sad girl autumn and it was soooo good) ✨

Only fitting that my bestie and I went to Starbucks while jamming to Red (Taylor’s Version) to get her drink :) (it’s soooo good)

Finally finished my Rep tour shadow box. If we’re being 100% honest, the rep tour was the last time I was truly happy. I had the priveledge of going to two shows on the tour, Columbus and Pittsburgh. I always tell people I blacked out at the concert. I was 100% sober but I just can’t remember a thing because I was having THAT much fun. Having floor seats, being able to dance, dressing up, forgetting to take pictures because you were just living in the moment, and forgetting about life. It was the best day of my life for sure. I hope someday soon we can experience the magic of a Taylor Swift show again. @taylorswift thank you for being the best role model a girl could ask for growing up. It’s crazy to think, but you’re like the big sister I never had, but always wanted. Thanks for the memories✨

If you didn’t know, I’m OBSESSED with Cowboy Like Me. It is such a beautiful song and it’s definitely in my top 3 favorites Taylor songs of all time. I made a new MacBook case :) (Taylor’s handwriting and stars make it so much more special)

Happy Birthday Taylor!! I’ve grown up with your music and have so many amazing memories with you in them. You’ve helped me in ways you’ll never know. Thank you for being the big sister I always wanted. I hope this year brings you nothing but love and happiness!! 🤍✨🥳
