Chasing My Demons

It is important to understand the deliberate and malicious attack on religious beliefs and why.

A Creator of the Universe helped us found our Government/Nation. Our Liberties come from Him not from the Government we created. One of those liberties is that if the Government becomes abusive/immoral/unresponsive to the will of the people it can be replaced.

However, if those in power who would benefit from staying in power, successfully undermine, erode, mock, or force religious freedom out of the public square or convince you that it is outdated or superstitious nonsense then the question arises, "Who created the Government?" Answer espoused by modern revisionists, "White, racists, capitalists who didn't want to pay taxes." Question, "Who gives you your Rights and Liberties?" Answer espoused by modern revisionists, "The Government." And if that nonsense is swallowed guess what? The Government can not only take away your Rights and Liberties whenever it sees fit but it will never relinquish one iota of power to We the People.

A political ally. He met Grant in DC to talk about a bill and the two became good friends and then political allies.
