one thing about me is that i noticed

your health comes first, full stop. we live in a society that teaches us that productivity comes before that. but it doesn’t. i know the way things are set up, it isn’t possible for most of us to take care of ourselves in the way we deserve. but in the moments that it’s feasible, prioritize yourself. 

Is it just me or does having a positive interaction with a stranger scratch a very particular itch? I think it's the reassurance that the world is not split solely into people who already love you and people who never will.
