I’ve literally run for a party of four bards. It’s hectic because with that much bardic inspiration going around they never fail any skill check, and god help you if they ever make a group persuasion check. I think they once cumulatively rolled over 200 once.

Crap pictures are crap. This is the top of the back of my Yuuri FS cosplay that if all goes well I’ll be debuting at Otakon next month.

What you see here is 800+ sequins and beads painstakingly sewn on by hand. Someone please tell me why I decided to do this to myself. @.@

And this is just the back. I still have the shoulders, upper front, and collar to do (and then of course there will be the rhinestones, I seriously must hate myself).

Looking at this i need to go back and fill in sole spots on the lower left, but that will br for tomorrow. For now I go thud.

I’m going to be seeing sequins in my sleep by time I’m done with this thing.

vicious mockery is my favorite spell in dungeons and dragons because like

A) it does decent damage

B) it’s a cantrip

so canonically, a talented musician can murder commonfolk by hurling a single insult at them (average damage at 17+ level is 10, max 16.). imagine a chaotic evil bard who becomes a serial killer and the local guards are afraid to pursue him because you might go up and say “you’re under arrest” but then he just retorts ‘your mom is under arrest” and you fucking die on the spot

that same musician, if he can manage to successfully insult the world’s most fearsome ancient dragon 55 times without dying first… it dies. a process which would still take only about 11 minutes (assuming the bard has a spell DC of 19, meaning the dragon would fail about 50% of the saves.)
