The Jester is a detached observer, grasping the truth through contemplation. He masterfully reads the souls of others with a single glance. His stance is one of expectation: he analyzes events, maintaining neutrality until the time comes to act.
Pierrot, on the other hand, flees from reality. He deliberately ignores the truth and turns a blind eye to his own flaws, as if the Jester himself had thrown a protective silk cloth over his face.
Harlequin's mouth is both his gift and his punishment. He masterfully wounds those around him with caustic remarks, immediately trying to smooth over the effect with honeyed speeches. However, sometimes he prefers not to open his mouth at all, realizing that silence is a far more compelling argument.
Ticket taker wages an internal war with himself. He is tormented by a self-loathing, a result of his dual nature. He compares himself too often to others, constantly checking mirrors for imaginary flaws. This isn't gender dysphoria, but a crippling case of body dysmorphia.
The Doctor balances on the edge, reminiscent of a patient with borderline personality disorder. His composure is deceptive at ordinary times: the moment he sees blood, his self-control evaporates, giving way to an uncontrollable thirst that deprives him of all balance.
Columbina, on the other hand, is a mirror in which everyone sees only what they are willing to admit to themselves. She has no face of her own, shifting masks with a grace that is frightening in its naturalness. Her existence is an endless dance of reflections, in which she herself has long since dissolved, becoming only a void filled with the expectations of others. She doesn't lie; she simply becomes whoever is looking at her, and in this pliability lies her unique, carefully concealed cruelty.
