If you are in the Sacramento area, I highly recommend, @littlewhaleswim they were the only school in the area (I feel like we’ve tried them ALL!) able to teach her the skills she needed. I gave myself an almost 30-day timeout. 🙌🏻 I needed some space and the ability to be fully present. It felt REALLY good. No filters. No captions. No hashtags. Just being in the moment and taking a picture with nothing more to it. Geez, what a concept! 😏 I still followed along because having a job requiring you to be engaged in social media doesn't allow a complete sever. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Social media can be exhausting ya'll but only if YOU let it be and I admit, I allowed it to be.
