That's the in Josh needed. The fake (as called by many at this point) smile that is near-constantly plastered onto his face returns, but feels considerably less fake than it may have been before. "Thank you, Neku. I think I'd like that."

(Yeah, you could say that again.) Neku shrugs. Opening his hands out wide. “What would you like me to say? That I was upset when you didn’t come say hi? Look, it’s fine. Don’t feel like you have to make amends. You’ll do your job…” (And I’ll do mine.) What that was, Neku wasn’t quite sure. But after his experience he wasn’t just about to let the welfare of Shibuya rest in this jerk’s hands. These days, Neku wandered around, going from shop to shop on different days of the week, keeping his eyes peeled for player pins. If he could help anyone at all, he would. That’s not to say this took up his whole life. He still had school, his studies, and his new friends. The year had been pretty uneventful up until he spoke to Kariya. The reaper had been wandering around the RG and needless to say spotted Neku almost immediately. It wasn’t hard to tell that the asshole had an ulterior motive— and when he started to mention the internet, Neku figured it out. Clearly someone wanted to tal—- And here he is, thinking about it instead of talking about it. Again. (Ugh. Why is he acting like this. Does he need something from me or does he really just want to apologize?)
