Asemic Writing A Newsletter by Mirtha Dermisache http://thenewpostliterate.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/mirtha-dermisache-historical-perspective.html
Mirtha Dermisache
“I started writing and the result was something unreadable.”
Mirtha Dermisache (1940-2012) from Argentina, practiced asemic writing since the early 1970s. It is a wordless open semantic form of writing. The word asemic means having no specific semantic content. Asemic writing seeks to make the reader hover in a state between reading and looking.

Designing a book about designing
There are two books called design: Vignelli. The first published in 1981 contains black and white images of the designs of Massimo and Lella Vignelli. The second design: Vignelli book was published in 1990. It is bigger, has more images (and in color!), and more text. This second volume coincided with an exhibition of the Vignellis’ work which traveled all over the world.
