You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth

First off quite obviously, the four lords.

Duh.

Named and Confirmed:

Ninae (class unknown) we see being recruited. Sirocco (shaman) we see attacking someone, and seems to be part of Lesa’s early group.

Ursula (Hunter) and Ultand (Priest). Ultand has Cai’s symbol and is training with him, we see Ursula attack while on Dietrich’s team.

Confirmed:

These two guys with Theodora both showed up as playable units in the first trailer, along with two other characters I don’t think we’ve seen as more than units.

Cai’s friends were also confirmed in the first trailer.

The woman with Leda showed up in the first trailer and the girl did for a split second in the second one.

These two.

This guy in Leda’s gang.

Some others. (Sorry about the last one it was a pain in the ass.)

Likely:

I mean the other two in Leda’s posse are so I would assume so.

No other reason than they feel like Christmas Cavs. (Interesting to note, the green guy is fighting the lady in the cat mask.)

Technically these two only ever appeared as green units but I would think they’re playable.

These two I’m slightly less sure about, but at least we know you can talk to Alexandra while out and about so I’m guessing she’s playable.

These two show up with Cai’s friends so it’s decently likely. Working theory based off little more than hair and eye colour is that these are his parents.
