It will be a while before I make any more art, so I may as well fill the time by sharing one of my random OCs. Say hello to April, the deer centaur! She works at a flower shop and she is an awkward dork. Please be nice to her.

I had a silly idea to put Brawl's Mario texturing on Super Mario 64's title screen head model. It turned out better than I expected...
Ah, the classic Super Mario 64 menu... with fancy lighting!
The main reason I haven't made any art in the past couple of months is because I spent all of what little free time I had on my most ambitious ripping project to date: exporting models directly from Super Mario 64. It's all I've been thinking about since I started. That project is now complete, just in time for the game's 30th anniversary later this year. I'm proud I was even able to get it working! Maybe now I can go back to making art...
Weird, I don't remember this idle animation in Wario Land 4...
First art of 2026!
I made some quick pixel art last night since I'm getting over being sick. I didn't have anything particular in mind when I started it. Instead, I got a random number between 1-251 and used that to pick a palette from Pokémon Gold/Silver and went from there.
Can you tell which number I got? I included a hint somewhere in the image.

Happy New Year! Time to look back at everything I’ve made in 2025. Once again, I’ve been prioritizing work and reviewing models over making art. For some reason, I was in a pixel art mood this year. It was fun to change things up. Who knows? Maybe I'll do more pixel art next year, too.

Kirby Air Riders Zorah Comic
Happy New Year!
Very minor spoiler warning for Kirby Air Riders story mode! Putting below the fold just in case.
A silly comic based on the game's story. I wanted it to be quick and doodly, but I like drawing Galactic Nova too much...
Here's another (late) Halloween drawing: Mochi in her low-budget Data costume. As soon as I imagined this, I knew I had to draw it.
(She tries to do the dance and immediately falls over.)
I know it's a few days late, but I made a little drawing to celebrate Halloween. It's my OC Pear getting ready with my friend's OC, Max. They're going as Goemon and Tulin! Once the facepaint is applied, he can put on his beak mask.
Happy Halloween, everyone! Since I didn't make any spooky art this month, I threw together this little render to celebrate.

Traversing the world map sure is easy when you can fly over everything! Since I'm still in a Super Mario Galaxy 2 mood, I made sprites of the Starship Mario in two SNES styles! I made all four directions, plus "swimming" versions, though I only used side views for these mock-ups. If you look closely, you can even see little passengers on it!
As usual, I made 3D renders to ensure the proportions and design were perfectly accurate. I had a lot of fun making them, and I hope people get good use out of them.

I made this background as a gift for someone. It's a tropical sunset in space! Inspired by Super Mario Galaxy, obviously. Drawn entirely in classic MS Paint.
The "sunset sky" look is caused by a spiral galaxy that happens to line up with the nearby sun. I imagine there are plenty of other beach and ocean planets nearby, like that little island planet.
What if Star Fox was creatures?
I forgot to post these before! These are some old (2008) vectors I made of several bosses from Star Fox 64. The images themselves are vectors, traced over 3D renders I made myself using the original models and high-contrast lighting. I added extra highlights and shadows to help the shapes and details stand out.
Here is the turntable for the SNES Mouse. It gives you a nice view of the underside of the mousepad, which is surprisingly detailed.

Super NES Mouse
Released: Sep. 21, 2025 Type: Prop Console: Super Nintendo Entertainment System
Ready for some drawing? As soon as I saw Mario Paint was coming to Nintendo Classics, I knew I wanted to model this. So, I dug up my own old mouse and studied it from every angle. I tried to capture as many little details as I could, and even recreated the little text on the cable. I probably went a bit overboard with it, though. How far overboard?
"I may have gone too far in a few places."
Yes, I even recreated the interior, down to the computer board patterns and rollers. I didn't do every single component, though, as I wouldn't dare disassemble my mouse.
This was also a chance for me to experiment with creating proper PBR textures for once. My old version of Cinema 4D can't do PBR, so I had to rely on Sketchfab to figure out good values to use for each part of each material. I still made stylized textures for everything, as seen here, though I didn't really stick to my usual Brawl style.
Making this was a fun challenge, so I hope everyone enjoys it!
Drew this to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Undertale. It's such a lovely little game.
