He LIKES being close with people, physically and emotionally. When you can’t see people it’s nice knowing in other ways that they are there, he doesn’t often allow himself to enjoy it though

It’s easier to make other people and yourself think that you are cold and unlikable than it is to get close to people and lose them because you are fucked up

So first we have Red on the guitar, the lead guitar. He’s the type to slink into the back and not let the spotlight ever fall on him. He’s more on the quiet side, he’s not overly confident, and he keeps to himself. Him performing is one of the few times he can get himself to go out there for other people to see. He gets loud, he gets rowdy, he’s one of the stars of the show. He’s still nervous before going on, but once he’s out there he eases up and gets noticeably comfortable. He often thinks himself unnecessary to the group, but he’s a key part of the entire dynamic

Captain is the drummer. He’s got a very out there personality, very out there. He’s a bit chaotic, a mess really, but he’s the glue that holds things together. Slamming a drum kit is probably one of the only time you can get him to be consistent and reliable with a task. He’s on beat, and you can count on him to keep things perfect. He can play guitar too, but he definitely thinks percussion is where it’s at. He loves the other two, and he works in perfect harmony with them

Foggy is the bass player. He’s got a very imposing stature and he comes off very abrasive, he buries any thoughts & emotions besides “fuck off” deep deep deep within himself. When he performs you get much more of his personality than you would just attempting to talk to him. The bass makes music feel more full of life, and when he sings it’s the same. Some people may feel bass is unnecessary or even rather “evil” sounding, but personally I find it adds character and warmth. He’s nice to be around when you get to know him, it’s why the other two like him so much

Tldr: quiet guy with self esteem issues plays an instrument that requires full confidence and being center stage, chaotic mess of a guy plays and instrument that requires consistency and reliability, and guy that that seems only cold and angry plays an instrument that adds warmth and personality
