"You can't hide things from me, Spencer. Especially when you have new unidentified cat fur on your clothes." -Fiver
“A cat?! Wha- Wh- Who said anything about a cat?” Spencer nearly fell from his chair, arms shooting out as if trying to hide something that wasn’t even there. He gave the other a big smile, LED spinning yellow as he tried to look normal, now resting his chin in his palm. “Me? Hiding something from you? Please that’s preposterous.” He let out a nervous chuckle as he kept his brown and green eyes locked onto his husband, trying hard not to look around the station.

Fiver observed Spencer’s reaction, which was telling enough that his husband was indeed hiding something. He was fairly acquainted with Spencer’s habits and with the fact that Spencer tended to hide kittens from him, it was a safe assumption. He leaned over, getting a little closer so he could examine the cat hair on Spencer’s clothes a little more closely. By now, Fiver had registered each of their cats’ fur. “Not so much. You have a habit of doing so when going against my requests.”
