Tomdaya

At the end of the people have to understand that we don't know Zendaya or Tom personally. If they want to have a big wedding they'll have a big wedding. If they don't, then they don't. All we do know is that they'll definitely be able to keep it private and that nothing will get leaked.

Tom blew me away playing Telemachus because you can see him go from a sort of naive boy to a who just wants his dad to a strong man who's ready to take a throne. A man who can hold his own and that really improved on his fighting skills. The emotional/ crying scenes while Telemechus and Menelaus were talking were really touching. He just wanted to see/ meet his dad and to know who and how his dad was as a person. The scene where Telemachus is fighting one of the suitors and is helping Odysseus was so epic. This role really shows how great Tom is as an actor and just how well he does with and in emotional/ emotionally charged scenes. I loved the fight scenes with Telemachus. Plus the mother/ son relationship between Telemachus and Penelope was done so beautifully as well. Zendaya did a fantastic job playing Athena. Her subtle movements and looks at Odysseus to show her disappointment in him were so great. Zendaya really knows how to show emotions and pull on the heart strings just with one look and subtle movement. Those looks made Odysseus really second guess his actions and realize what he'd done. The scene where Athena is about to get her head cut off and she's begging Odysseus for help and to get him to save her made me a little emotional. It really goes to show you how great Zendaya is as an actress. It goes to show how much Athena believed in what she was fighting for and how she truly believed that someday Odysseus would find his way and do the right thing. That deep down Odysseus would realize the error of his ways. That hand hold scene with Athena and Odysseus made me a little emotional as well. They picked the right person to play Athena. Matt and Anne really just blew me away. The way that Matt played Odysseus character development was absolutely incredible. He showed Odysseus inner turmoil and him second guessing himself/ his actions so well. How loosing so many of his men affected him. His bond with Penelope and his love for her really showed. No matter what that connection to her never left. Matt just overall really proved why he was chosen to play Odysseus. I was literally on the edge of my seat waiting for Odysseus to reveal himself as Odysseus to everyone. I was so hyped when Odysseus started fighting the other suitors. Matt really carried this movie. As did Anne. Penelope's loyalty and belief in Odysseus was so beautifully acted out by Anne. She never really gave up on him. She never stopped loving him and wanting to be with him. The scene where Odysseus gives her the Athena pendant.🥺 Anne just really showed Penelope's emotions and how much Penelope was hurting so well. Their reunion was so beautiful and so beautifully done. Lupita was great, Charlize was great, Rob was great. Especially the dynamic between Telemechus and Antinous. Their dynamic really had me pumped. Especially their fight scenes. I'm just so proud of everyone in this movie. So well done. Well done Christopher Nolan!!!
