Lavender looked between the two. “Do you think they went to Beauxbatons, though?” She asked. “Because if they didn’t, then that’s a pretty good costume, but if it’s just their old school uniform? Well… I’d have to go with the centaur.”

            𝚕𝚞𝚗𝚊  𝚋𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚜  𝚊𝚗𝚍  𝚏𝚕𝚞𝚏𝚏𝚜  𝚘𝚞𝚝  her  skirt  ,  flushing  with  pride  in  her  costume  .  ❝  not  quite  .  ❞  she  doesn’t  try  to  correct  parvati  ,  already  tickled  by  the  effort  made  by  the  other  .  ❝  i’m  TITANIA   .  i’ve  seemed  to  have  misplaced  my  oberon  ,  so  i  suppose  that’s  where  the  confusion  would  come  in  .  ❞  she  gestured  towards  parvati’s  own  outfit  instead  ,  long  sleeves  trailing  .  ❝  you  look  lovely  tonight  .  every  night  as  well  ,  of  course  ,  but  this  outfit  is  very  striking  .  ❞

despite some initial embarrassment after he was left shouting after someone who couldn’t hear him, dennis was much too excited to remain upset for long. he quickly shrugged off his worries as he dashed through the crowd, still eager to gain his friend’s attention. and his success in doing so, only caused the smile on his face to grow wider as he wrapped an arm around pavarti in a quick one-armed hug. “you’re fine,” he reassured her, giving her a squeeze before allowing his arm to fall to his side. “you don’t need to buy my forgiveness, but a drink does sound nice,” he admitted with a laugh.

“ parvati ! “ cassia grins from ear to ear, immediately stepping forward for a hug. that much had not changed. “ it is me ! not so little anymore, i’m afraid. and i certainly am, but i can promise i haven’t changed that much. it’s been ages since i seen you ! “

“ the thing about HALLOWEEN is - “ the pile of parchment he was holding thudded down onto the wooden table muffling the end of his sentence which was something about how he still had to do invoices on his day off, “ i used to dress up as a wizard when i was little, y’know, before i knew i actually was one that is - but also a police officer, a fireman, i think i was a pot plant one year, aren’t the costumes meant to be scary ? “ a grin graced his face, which wasn’t uncommon, his face didn’t suit anything else. 

❝ Should I go for the badly executed centaur ❞ The bottom half of the costume was cringe but the man had great abs. ❝ Isn’t it little Cassia ? ❞  Parvati had trouble telling. She had not seen her favourite professor’s daughter in so long. In her mind, she was still a little girl running around the attic classroom. ❝ You’re all grown up now. ❞ ( cassia @ofenchantment​ ) 

❝ I expected you to go extra tonight !! ❞ Luna had always been eccentric and something like a Halloween costume should be right up her alley.  ❝ Are you a nirglet ? ❞ Nargle was what Parvati meant but it was close enough. ( @ofmccnlight​ )

❝ What are you supposed to be ? ❞ The scooby-doo reference was lost on Parvati who had not taken muggle studies and ignored everything about pop culture. ❝ A dog ? ❝ I think I am done looking fabulous and I’m now ready for some action. ❞ There was only so much ego boosting compliments she could receive before it started to get boring. ❝ I am missing the danger a little and I think you and I could take on that maze. ❞ Even if Parvati had quit her job at Gringotts, she still possessed the skills of a curse breaker. ❝ Dennis !  ❞ Parvati hailed her friend as she spotted him.  ❝ Can you take my picture ?! I think I look fabulous. ❞ She wondered whether or not he had taken his camera with him. It was a bit vain of her but she wanted proof that her phoenix look was exquisite.  ( @sqviidboy​ )

Parvati arrived at the poison apple dressed up as a phoenix. She wore a golden gown with makeup and a wig. She also had enchanted small flames surrounding her silhouette.

“ of course ! “ cerise reassures warmly, it was no problem at all. the joke earns a grin and a laugh from her. “ your company of course, you’re right i should have been more clear and said it was your company.”
