I spent 8 hours volunteering in an outdoor tent through 120mm of rain and 20–30km/h winds, about 3 hours in I had to switch to the backup raincoat because my original one had become dripping wet despite being made of solid rubber. Then I had to do it all over again the next day (tbf the rain was only 80mm and the sun came out at the end)
