I think orange would be impulsivity cause to me its linked w being irrational which is the obvious antonym to logic - that and I think (personally) having orange be 'wrath/rage' detracts slightly from Pattons 'repressing my emotions is bad' arc. Also the 'orange' moments logan has had are often to do w him losing his shit slightly and that Is acting on Impulse if yall are picking up what im putting down

I'm so thrilled that we got to see the younger sides, they're legit so cute. I love their old names, Left and Right Brain for Logan and Patton was such a cute idea, and Vision as Roman's old name is just everything to me. Also Virgil before he was fully realized, my heart he is so adorable sitting in his little corner. (I need to know his old name soooo badly)

Janus impersonating Patton holy shit, he's so ashamed of himself, him not wanted to admit how much he's done it. Also I'm so said we didn't get to see younger Janus, I need to see younger Janus.

Them convincing Logan to help by baiting him with Docter Who, just to reveal they're all fans, even Roman who is falling over himself in the beginning trying to deny they he cares. They're all such nerds I love them

Logan's very pessimistic take on love is very much giving aroace, which I totally vibe with, but I think that Logan is much more desperate for love than he wants to let on and so he's shutting down any prospect of it so that he doesn't have to confront his feelings. He has issues and I love him for that.

Remus vividly describing how much C!Thomas wants to fuck Nico was not on my bingo card, but hey I will take it. Also finally a series that says "Ofc the main is physically into the love interest, why wouldn't they be", like you would be shocked how little queer ships actually discuss physical attraction between partners.

It being revealed that it was Janus who wanted C!Thomas to stay in the closet and not Patton was so unexpected but it makes so much sense. Ofc Janus, the liar and disguiser, is willing to lie about his true self if he thinks it'll be safer.

So the way their original names are framed, it sounds like C!Thomas named them all before they were fully formed, and then once they were fully formed they picked out their own names and then told C!Thomas. Which means that if C!Thomas wasn't aware of Virgil's existence at the time, he never gave him a name. We don't learn Virgil's original name, because he didn't have one. It probably also means that younger Janus and Remus didn't have names because they still weren't recognized at the time.

I also like the idea that since C!Thomas never gave them names, the dark sides were functionally nameless until C!Thomas was in his mid twenties and they fully formed and could chose their own.

My thought is that C!Thomas named them too! From how he refers to Logan as Left Brain, and how unaware Logan was of it until that moment, I'm pretty sure that's thr case. Especially since we know that's not how the situation played out!
