Ms Guap continued to sell sex to other people as well as being blackmailed by police. In the context of her blackmail by police, Ms Guap certainly counts as exploited and trafficked; however, trafficked status doesn’t automatically preclude consensual engagement in sex work in other contexts. It is possible to willingly engage in sex work and also be exploited.
