Feeling super accomplished after shelling fresh shrimp 💪my dad caught and brought me today and using my wok for the first time!! I made an Asian stir fry type dish with carrots, broccoli, spinach, and shrimp with a side of black beans (oh and secret sauce I created) voilá, Bon appetit! #food #nom #shrimp #asian #stirfry #healthy #delicious

Lunch/dinner! Today was my first day of going completely vegan!! Woohoo! Celebrating with a green smoothie, ants on a log, and Star Wars.

So I experimented today and created a vegan lasagna! (I didn't have a whole cucumber so I just layed them out flat, where normally you would roll then up). Sliced cucumber for the "noodles", black beans, garlic, spinach, walnuts, and juice of lime for the "meat", and sundried tomatoes, a couple of pitted dates, walnuts, lime, olive oil, and Italian spices for the "marinara sauce" and topped with vegan dairy free cheese if desired (: #vegan #dinner #lasagna #mmmm
