The Little Things

My thoughts on the new saints row that nobody asked for.

I get why there's so much disappointment, we've had ten+ years with the OGs, our OG Boss and i'm immensely attached to my Boss Shea, to Johnny and the others and i am gonna miss them, i have heard that this game will hit the point between SR2 and SR3 from the twitch interview with jim Boone so for me, hope is not lost, i'll create Neo!Boss and see how things go.

I'm really excited to see more gameplay, we only got a twenty second teaser and if they led with that, i don't think people would be *as* pissed as they are now, Neo!Boss looks like a badass in the gameplay teaser. What i think is that this is the opposite effect of what the power trailer did for the third, people were really hyped and it was not indicative of the game. Johnny 'died' in the first ten minutes, Loren not long after that, it was *you* attacking the penthouse and not the other way round, Angel actually did something in the trailer, it was hinted you'd team up with Loren against Stag 😂 list goes on

I was in Mrsaintsgodzilla's stream and hes played the alpha build of the reboot and he was super impressed with what he played, and he also loves saints row, particularly SR2, so its either they launched the trailer and it missed the mark, or they changed direction, but imma need more gameplay to figure that out.
