Okay. I know this is a weird headcanon crossover concept but I have thought about this for a while and I am definitely convinced that this is canon in some way (crossover wise). Whenever I think of the Cloak of Levitation from Doctor Strange (2016), I always think about Ayanojyo Abratsubo from Magic Users Club, too. Here's why: In some way, I can see Ayanojyo being the human frorm of the cloak and/or the reason the cloak is magical. Ayanojyo is part of an after school club that uses magic and spells (such as flying and floating). Like, in MUC, they are not suppose to use their magic for tricks or in a negative way. One day, Ayanojyo decides to use the magic for bad or accidently does a spell wrong and ends up being cursed. And that curse is being turned into the Cloak of Levitation and ends being discovered (which is why he is in the glass case). Probably got out of hand and that was the only way to contain him because he did not like a lot people touching him or only people he can trust, likes and/or peaks his interest (such as Takeo in his world). Now...in Strange's world. You all saw that the cloak looked at him (taking an interest in him, just Ayanojyo is with Takeo) and protected him. Well, now, remember the scene when the cloak CARESSED/RUBBED Strange's cheeks? Ayanojyo did the same thing in episode one of MUC. Ayanojyo tends to be the protected/caretaker for Takeo whenever he gets hurt or has a nosebleed (because of his dirty thoughts). Though...I would love to see the cloak suddenly change into human form and appear naked from head to toe in front of Strange and flirt with him (and Strange getting flustered). Why am I telling you all this for some tea son reason? Because if you watch closely with both...you can see there are many things both Aya and the cloak both do that are canon. * Rubbing cheeks/body parts * Being a caretaker/protecting/taking care of Strange * Being clingy at times * Sometimes over steeping boundaries when it comes to personal space * Making things awkward at times. * Can be a bit stern and demanding at times, especially when they care or are worried.
