December. Month 12. The end of the Project! Hope you enjoyed :]

It's all about winter and holidays because you can't get anyone to focus on anything else in December. Chanukah gets to be the centerpiece though.

Although not my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving was given its recognition in this piece. Bless Day of the dead for adding some life to this illustration. +I think Occult Day fit well next to it, visually.

It's the month of Halloween!  Also please note there's a "Wear Something Gaudy" day in October. And no it's not on the 31st. There's also a few LGBT related days in October such as Intersex Awareness Day, LGBT Spirit Day, and National Coming Out Day.

This might be my favorite figure of the bunch because witches.

Two big jewish holidays in September 2015. Sukkot and Rosh Hashanah make up the button half of the image. September also has the highest amount of different type of Cancer Awarenesses for the month so I added that in. Labor day is a big one, and is what's represented by the main figure.

Also cheese pizza day.

There's no big holiday in August just the sweet, or bittersweet, end of summer. The charms for 'Sisters Day' are based off charms my sister got us when we were younger. :,] The friends charms are based off ones I got too. Hmm, and the figure is based on the idea of getting that last hiking/camping trip of the summer in! A little complex, but it works.

America!!!!!! what else happens in july?

Actually please draw your attention to the fact that World UFO Day and "I Forgot" Day are the same day, this is the best thing I discovered while making this calendar.

June is all about Pride.... but surprisingly that doesn't even take up 1/3 of the image.  I even drew a June Bug for June even though they are like #3 worst bug I've had to deal with. Shout-out to generic dad objects representing Fathers day, the great holiday that is Nation Doughnut Day, and to June being African-American Music Appreciation Month.

OH! June is national adopt a cat month and theres also a hug your cat day (do you need an excuse??) so. that explains the figure.

May! Hmm, the social commentary is strong in this one but what do you expect when you put World Capitalism Day and Memorial Day in the same month? The figure is a soccer mom because of mother's day.. +I totally ripped her outfit off everyone's favorite soccer mom.

April! I got a bit carried away with the easter colors. April Fools, April Showers, etcetc. Important: "Draw a Bird Day" exists.

Ah, I'll post the rest of my calendar for New Years. Here's March with the big holidays like St. Patrick's Day, Purim, and most importantly Pi Day.

Here's my calendar illustration for February! About a third of the illustration is taken by Feburary's Big One: Valentines Day. But not without some subtle commentary mixed in. My favorite part of this illustration is the Chinese New Year sign! Do a fullview to see all those nice details!
