Where's the joy?

I have spent my whole day off today staring at the wall in my desk chair or looking at the ceiling while lying in bed.

I just want something new to look forward to. Something that genuinely makes me feel HAPPY.

Nothing makes me happy or brings me joy anymore. I dread waking up every morning to go to work at the hotel, clean up after nasty people, and leaving the shift in the evening with back pain. On my days off, I'm unable to be in the present and feel disconnected from every single person I interact with. I have gone on solo outings but ended up being bored. Even my hobbies feel like a chore to me. I tried playing a game on my PS5 for 10 mins before I ended up turning it off and crawling back into bed. The same thing goes for my art (side hustle and hobby) and I have barely touched my iPad and markers for weeks.
