I don't know if there is a word for this, but my beliefs are complicated. While I am a follower of Norse and Celtic paganism, I don't have any disbelief in most of the other cultures. Does anyone else feel this way?
You may be looking for something along the lines of universalism (the belief that there is one fundamental truth with many expressions) or pluralism (the philosophy that many different truths can and should coexist).
I believe in something like universalism. I think we all have the same world and we must learn how to live in it; different cultures come about this different ways, and who am I to say that one culture is wrong because they saw a divine spark and called it something different than I do?
Polytheistic religions certainly seem to have some inherent pluralism. Most followers have a few deities they follow, but maintain respect and belief for many others at the same time.
While neither universalism nor pluralism is specifically pagan, they both express a value of diversity and respect that every pagan should aspire to!
