be honest with yourself 100% like actually honest like if you wanna do something bad / frowned upon say in your head “i wanna do xyz” and then say WHY and be honest and then u can hide it and lie to others if u want but youMUST BE honest with yourself

the best therapy exercise for me was learning when you start being super judgmental to just literally walk it back... just be like "hmm but is that true or am i just jealous... or just hungry / in a bad mood.. yeah i'm just jealous who cares if they did that" and when you do it over and over you calm yourself down and become normal / less angry / miserable

do it over and over meaning do this every single time for MONTHS and you become a more stable normal emphatic person
