Now then, to edit and...y'know, actually put some information on my boy, though most of it can be found on his opening post on his blog.
This is Set. Setalios, specifically, though no one really uses his entire name. He prefers just 'Set', anyway. Or Set, son of Homados. (Or at least, once we get to the point that both parties in this situation REALIZE that they are parent and child.)
The Twins, Rao and Katy's, older brother, recently returned from a very long stint at being dead. He's the Kaberonian equivalent of 15 and has never had a normal childhood. Working on that now, with this second chance at life with his adopted father.
He's a fairly rare combination of Kaberonian phenotypes, something he shares with the Twins. He's a combination 'deep sea' and 'upper atmospheric flier' phenotype, with some added genetic weirdness that gave him (and the Twins) the practically-unheard of ability to self-generate enough electricity to kill a grown botah and to control that electricity, both as a 'bolt of lightning' mode and a general shock whatever is around them. Basically all three of them are flying abyssal plain electric eels.
Set has a bit more control over his electrical abilities, and he produces more amps than the Twins, mostly by virtue of being older. That does not stop him from accidentally shocking the HELL out of people who scare him unintentionally, though...and as he's a nervous kid, thats...kind of easy to do.
His gills are a bit more advanced than his siblings', with additional 'fingers' that flow over his ribs instead of just having a long curved line down his back. He's just as weirdly bioluminescent as they are, though, if not more-so. He can also fly higher into the troposphere than they can, but again, this is strictly by virtue of being older. Both his lungs and his gills are bigger than the Twins' because HE is bigger and older, though not by much.
...he's also a skinny little stick. Only 10 feet tall and weighs barely more than his younger siblings. A severely hard of hearing skinny little stick, but the HOH is being addressed. Nobody's known about it, because SET isn't aware that he's HOH just yet. He's spent his entire life guessing because he doesn't know any better. That'll be addressed and helped soon, and hopefully he'll be less nervous once he's not playing a constant worrying guessing game.
I love this kid. I don't get to play him enough. XD
