One of the things I’ve never gotten about the Percy Jackson series is the idea of Thalia’s tree. I mean, there were obviously half-bloods before Annabeth, Luke, and Thalia, so how was Camp Half-Blood protected before them? They act like the only history of demigods before then was just about gods have been having kids for as long as they existed... did they just fight off a bunch of monsters like in the beginning of Sea of Monsters?

This is what I wish would happen.
