You witch! I’m almost done with the series and I absolutely loved it! What other suggestions do you have? 🥹👉🏻👈🏻
Ha, I told you! :) <3
Okay, let's see...
Sasha Peyton Smith: The Rose Bargain & The Thorn Queen (note: I haven't actually read the second book yet, it's on my work docket) - alternative history where by 1848, a fae queen has been ruling over England for four hundred years who now wants to find a bride for her son, cue a competetion, while forces work in the shadows to unseat the queen. Really works with the charming and deadly cruel of faes. 8And it's actually pretty spot on with historical fashion!)
Lynette Noni: The Prison Healer & The Gilded Cage & The Blood Traitor - 17 years old FMC has been living in a prison where they work you until you die, and serving as the prison's healer for some time, and when some mysterious new inmates arrive, she gets tangled up some deadly trials. YA fantasy that will eventually deal with a fight for a throne.
Emily Krempholtz: Violet Thislewaithe Is Not a Villain Anymore - adult cozy fantasy where after securing the downfall of her master, a former evil henchwoman tries to build a new life for herself while realizing that she has a bunch of trauma to process.
Brigitte Knightley: The Irresistible Urge to Fall for Your Enemy - in a world where magic users belong to different guilds, a guy belonging to the assasin guild is grappling with a medical condition that will slowly kill him. To avoid this, he blackmails a woman belonging to the healer guild to help find him an unlikely cure. Dirty humor, puns, and a good helping of old English folklore. Ends at a maddening point, but the second book is coming out in July, I think. (Originally a Dramione fanfic.)
India Holton: Dangerous Damsels trilogy - adult cozy/satorical fantasy with late Victorian lady pirates pillaging with magically flying houses. Some smut, laughing out loud funny.
And I don't know if you've read Divine Rivals & Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross, because I wholeheartedly recommend those as well.
These are just romance-heavy fantasies, tell me if you're interested in other genres.
